Tender Care Veterinary Center understands that situations may arise in which you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In such situations, we respectfully request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This will allow us to open your appointment slot to other patients in need of care.
Please note that, effective immediately, Tender Care Veterinary Center will be assessing a $50 fee for any appointment and $100 fee for any surgery that is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and for all no-show appointments/surgeries.
